About the Role
The Podiatrist-Associate Chief of Staff (ACOS), Specialty Care will provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for all specialty care services.

- →Relocation/or Recruitment Incentives: May be authorized for highly qualified candidates Permanent Change of Station (PCS): May be authorized for highly qualified candidates Duties include but not limited to: Obtains, reviews, and interprets medical and podiatric histories.
- →Performs comprehensive podiatric and lower extremity physical examinations.
- →Orders, performs, and interprets diagnostic studies (e.g., imaging, vascular testing, laboratory).
- →Diagnoses conditions affecting the lower extremities, including skin, bone, joint, vascular, and neurological pathologies.
- →Develops, discusses, and implements treatment plans for acute and chronic lower extremity conditions.
- →Manages lower extremity wounds, infections, and complications of diabetes and peripheral vascular disease.
- →Provides care for foot and ankle trauma, sports injuries, biomechanical disorders, and deformities.
- →Performs and supervises minor procedures and major surgical interventions of the foot, ankle, and related structures, according to clinical privileging.
