About the Position: This position is located in Falls Church, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinates the development, review, and maintenance of comprehensive operational support plans to align agency resources with broader organizational missions.
- →Leads cross-functional planning groups and teams to design, evaluate, and implement tactical and strategic emergency response plans.
- →Plans, designs, and conducts complex technical and analytical studies to evaluate, measure, and assess organizational resource and capability needs.
- →Formulates and delivers decisive briefings, progress reports, and strategic recommendations to senior executive leadership to guide program-level decisions.
- →Represents organizational interests on technical configuration control boards to identify, evaluate, and prioritize software refinement requirements based on end-user feedback.
- →Collaborates with training directors to monitor program performance metrics and ensure technical training initiatives meet enterprise-wide user requirements.
- →Coordinates and hosts specialized workshops to help planners utilize analytical modeling software to generate estimates and project resource requirements.
- →Guides stakeholders in utilizing quantitative modeling and analytical simulation tools to conduct thorough risk and course-of-action analyses.
