About the Role
You will serve as a PIPEFITTER TRAINING LEADER in the RESOURCES DEPARTMENT TRAINING AND ADMINISTRATION (Code 900T) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will prepare lesson plans, training materials, including visual aids, for the development of learning through classroom and on-the-job scenarios.
- →You will teach basic trade nuclear theory and practical work.
- →You will conduct mock-up training in nuclear pipefitting overhaul, repair, and conversion work assimilating in a controlled environment.
- →You will schedule and coordinate practical nuclear work experience in the shop as closely as possible with the progression of learning.
- →You will counsel employees on the day-to-day problems involving nuclear trade theory and trade practices as well as other related topics.
- →You will maintain records and prepare reports on trainee progress and performance throughout the training process.
