About the Role
About the Position: This is an open continuous announcement. Multiple vacancies exist and may be filled from this announcement at any of the locations listed. We accept applications on an ongoing basis; qualified applicants will be considered as vacancies become available. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →Perform in accordance with policies and guidelines established by the organization and supervisor.
- →Exercise independent judgment with full responsibility for professional diagnosis, treatment, referral, and disposition of patients.
- →Provide first contact, continuous, comprehensive primary care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents according to current standards of care, the patient centered medical home model of care, DHA policy, and relevant regulations.
- →Provide technical oversight of clinical staff (e.g. nurses, social workers, therapists, and various technicians) assigned to the medical home to enhance team-based care.
- →Teach and provide consultation to other health care providers.
