About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Fort Bragg is 2 hours from the beach and 5 hours from the Appalachian Mountains with easy access to I-95 and all points north and south. This central North Carolina location enjoys seasonably palatable weather year-round.
What You'll Do
- →Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact, in person or telephonically.
- →Complete request forms, manually or automated, for individual patient orders, blood work and other requests.
- →Resolve complaints of a local administrative nature and refers other complaints to the appropriate authorities.
- →Perform Quality Assurance monitoring, using appropriate tools regarding the completion and contents of the patients’ record.
- →Ensure the patient completes all necessary forms prior to receiving care.
