About the Position: This position is located at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Medical malpractice liability insurance is not required for federal civilian healthcare providers as they are covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (28 U.S.C. § 1346(b)) while acting within the scope of their employment.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a recognized technical authority in the delivery of Family Medicine.
- →Administer healthcare treatment plans for people suffering from injury or disease.
- →Coordinate with facility and community resources to provide multi-disciplinary comprehensive care to all patients.
- →Provide advisory and consultative services on various meetings, committees, conferences, and/or boards.
- →Participate in committees and/or meetings that evaluate the care provided to patients at Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
