About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at 60th Medical Group, Pulmonary Services, within David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, CA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Evaluate specialized cardiac imaging and test results to develop individualized treatment plans.
- →Conduct catheter-based interventions, device implantations (pacemakers, defibrillators, loop recorders), and advanced diagnostic techniques such as intravascular ultrasound and fractional flow reserve measurement.
- →Deliver inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultation services, ensuring continuity of care across settings.
- →Teach medical students, residents, and fellows through clinical precepting, lectures, and academic consultation.
- →Direct and collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, house staff, and ancillary personnel to optimize patient outcomes.
- →Provide consultative services, chart reviews, and supervisory oversight to maintain high standards of cardiovascular care.
