About the Role
The incumbent serves as the Assistant Chief of Ambulatory Care Operations Executive at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC), one of the most complex IA VA facilities in the nation with eleven associated CBOCs, affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine, and member of the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center complex in the world. The Assistant Chief of Ambulatory Care Operations reports to the Deputy Chief of Staff - Operations.

Requirements
- ✓Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
