About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at 60th Medical Group, Base Operational Med Clinic, within David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, CA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Provide aerospace medical care to flyers, missile crews, and others with special standards of medical qualifications.
- →Examine personnel to determine fitness for flying and special duties, or to recommend continuance, removal, or return to flying status and aviation service.
- →Perform occupational physical examinations of various types including pre-placement, medical surveillance, medical qualification, disability retirement, fitness for duty, and any other special employee examinations that may be required.
- →Coordinate with facility and community resources to provide comprehensive work-related care to employees Provide the full scope of primary and preventative health care services to military members and beneficiaries.
