About the Position: This position is located at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Typical hours of work are from 0700 to 1600, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required to meet patient needs. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Design and implement patient treatment plans to promote healing and functional independence.
- →Update patient progress reports in military healthcare system.
- →Instruct patients and families on treatment procedures and training activities.
- →Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to make recommendations for the patients rehabilitation.
- →Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
