What You'll Do
- →Coordinates and schedules Photographic Services staff, resources, and assignments for both scheduled and ad hoc requests.
- →Provides customer service and support to Senate offices and various stakeholders to coordinate and support efficient workflow and delivery of timebound requests.
- →Performs administrative duties such as creating reports, updating website content, and performing user acceptance testing, which inform and support office decisions.
- →Provides support to stakeholders in navigating photographic services tools and systems by gathering and interpreting customer feedback and offering solutions based on established processes.
- →Improves end user experience by escalating issues, when needed.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ✓High School Diploma/ GED.
