About the Role
About the Position: This position is located with the Defense Health Agency, Augusta Market, US Army Health Clinic Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico in the Directorate of Branch Clinics, Army Health Clinic Pharmacy Service. The incumbent coordinates and/or provides clinical Pharmacy services that involve complex problems of a highly specialized nature. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Coordinate and/or provide clinical Pharmacy services that involve complex problems of a highly specialized nature.
- →Establish and maintain a comprehensive pharmaceutical dosing service.
- →Assist the medical staff in designing, coordinating and accomplishing an effective medication utilization evaluation (MUE) program to promote and sustain optimal therapeutic effectiveness and reduce waste.
- →Responsible for the pharmacy related operational policies of the clinical area and the functional direction of pharmacy staff members performing tasks related to clinical services.
