About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Oversee or perform pharmacy functions for pharmaceuticals provided in the medical treatment facility (MTF).
- →Perform inspections of drug storage facilities to ensure correct handling and accountability of controlled substances.
- →Ensure correct labeling, handling, and storage of all pharmaceutical products.
- →Oversee the compounding of drugs as prescribed, either individually or in bulk.
- →Report and document medication errors and/or unusual occurrences.
