About the Role
The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS), VISN 21, is seeking highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialists (CPS) to serve in the following specialized area: PACT Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Primary Care) (FS-40706-A) Location Carson Valley CBOC CPS roles serving as advanced practice providers with prescriptive authority under an approved Scope of Practice. The CPS delivers evidence-based comprehensive medication management (CMM) through direct and indirect patient care.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
