About the Position: Perform a variety of administrative and technical support duties in administering personnel management, performance management, manpower analysis management and training facilitator. Assigned continuing responsibility for one or several areas related to civilian and personnel, etc. Advise and assist employees, supervisors, and staff principals on all administrative aspects of the civilian personnel and management action program.
What You'll Do
- →Administrator for the command’s Civilian Honorary Awards and Incentive Award Programs: Provide advice and guidance to supervisors on the various available awards and eligibility requirements.
- →Administer DPMAP and DCIPS performance programs across HQ USEUCOM, track appraisal milestones, ensure rating structure accuracy, and inspect performance plans to maintain regulatory alignment.
- →Prepare and review award packages and staff action memoranda for submission to the Chief of Staff, Commanding General (CG) and at times HQ US Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) for final approval and signature.
- →Develop administrative operating policy, guidance and internal procedures to ensure proper implementation of new or changed requirements.
- →Assist with coordination of administrative civilian personnel matters.
- →As an administrator, utilize a variety of automated personnel systems (e.g., DCPDS, AutoNOA) to input, track, and manage personnel actions, awards, and appraisals.
- →Undertake special projects, as assigned by the Branch Chief, to develop information, background, or action plans that are of immediate concern.
