About the Position: This position is located in the Directorate for for Administration, Human Resources Department, U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Access to Medical and Dental Care in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba is extremely limited. Please see Additional Information section below. A 10% Post Differential is available if you are determined to be eligible.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a liaison with managers and human resources staff to coordinate civilian staffing actions.
- →Coordinate with health care administrators and management officials to track and expedite the recruitment and hiring process.
- →Manage civilian personnel automated database systems and provide training to supervisors and employees on system usage.
- →Examine civilian human resources program operations to identify deficiencies and recommend appropriate corrective or improvement actions.
- →Review submitted human resource requests and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- →Prepare, coordinate, and track packets and documentation required for administrative boards, committees, and management meetings.
