The purpose of this position is: To provide key advisory services to senior leadership and vital HR administrative support assistance to all assigned civilian personnel on a variety of administrative and technical duties in involving personnel management, resources management, training, and manpower analysis management issues impacting organizational or assigned matters.

What You'll Do

  • Provides guidance to commanders, supervisors, and managers on a broad scope of performance management issues in coordination with local Civilian Personnel Section (CPS), legal office and union representatives.
  • Provides employee management assistance for assigned organizations where work processes are conceptual, judgmental, involve public contact, or are coordinative in nature.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for 301st Civilian Personnel services involving position management, staffing, placement, and classification.
  • Collaborates with CPS, Resources Management Flight, commanders, staff, and functional managers to identify performance measures for an effective resource management program.
  • Serves as a civilian personnel program management specialist coordinating and implementing a myriad of civilian personnel program services.
  • Evaluates requirements for additional civilian healthcare resources and balances needs with overall mission requirements and resource interest.
  • Prepares written correspondence and other documentation.
  • Obtains information from a variety of sources, consolidates information and develop into operational working/information papers and/or internal operating procedures.
