You will serve as a PERSONAL PROPERTY OFFICER in the Distribution Management Office, AC/S Logistics of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON.
What You'll Do
- →You will manage the overall direct management, policy and procedural guidance, sets priorities, advises, and counsels, supervision, technical advice, development, and implementation of operating procedures.
- →You will plan and assign work, identify and provide training, conducts performance ratings of subordinates, and interview and select candidates for vacancies.
- →You will attend and plan sessions, participate in the formulation of plans for budgeting and staffing, reports on workload and production indicators, projects requirements for supplies, services and equipment.
- →You will insure that all inquiries regarding personal property are properly answered and/or otherwise appropriately handled including congressional inquiries and deceased member matters.
- →You will be responsible and accountable for administering the personal property program in an effective and timely matter, and in accordance with broadly established plans, policies, and general program objectives.
Requirements
- ✓OR Successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree with a major study in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, or other fields related to the position.
- ✓OR Successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
- ✓OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
