About the Position: This position is located at the 42nd Medical Group, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama.
What You'll Do
- →Address patient concerns and issues promptly and usually resolve them on the patient's first visit.
- →Maintain a daily entry of each positive and negative complaint along with a resolution into a cumulative database using excel spreadsheets, logs and graphs.
- →Conduct in-depth analysis of patient feedback, complaints, and trends to identify systemic issues and areas of improvement within the Medical Treatment Facility.
- →Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the Medical Treatment Facility Director, Executive Committee and senior leadership.
- →Design and deliver advanced customer relations training programs for Medical Treatment Facility staff.
- →Act as an advocate for patients and staff members to support improvements and change in the organization.
- →Serve as beneficiary advocate and problem solver, providing dedicated service to all military health system beneficiaries.
- →Counsels beneficiaries and clarifies information on their Tricare benefits.
