About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Act as a liaison between the patient and the healthcare delivery system by providing an effective two-way channel of communication.
- →Use basic measurement tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and report on quantitative and qualitative data and information.
- →Assess patient satisfaction through analysis of patient complaints and review of patient questionnaires.
- →Participate in and conducts customer relations training for all personnel involved in the delivery of health care.
- →Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient safety, healthcare risk management, quality, and performance improvement initiatives.
