About the Position: This position is located at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. What You'll Do
- →Serves as the primary agent and subject matter expert for patient registration, enrollment, and empanelment functions.
- →Communicates systemic trends to flight leadership and collaborates on process improvements.
- →Processes patient travel claims and performs patient movement requests.
- →Provides patient education on travel processes, benefits, and required documentation.
- →Provides administrative support for special patient status programs requiring precise regulatory compliance.
- →Provides professional customer service to patients in person and by phone.
