About the Role

You will serve as a PARALEGAL SPECIALIST of NLSC.

What You'll Do

  • →You will receive and examine all incoming records and ensure case files contain required documents.
  • →You will file pleadings for the reserve branch comprised of multiple attorneys.
  • →You will draft brief overviews of findings, case type and case length for the Deputy to facilitate expeditious assignment of incoming appellate cases for appellate representation.
  • →You will provide paralegal support such as case review, case tracking, and case file management.
  • →You will draft motions and pleadings and conduct legal research.
