About the Role
You will serve as a Paralegal Specialist in the NAVCONBRIG NWS.
What You'll Do
- →You will research, evaluate and make recommendations in the area of enlisted administrative separations of service members deemed unable to fulfill their enlistment due to a variety of reasons.
- →You will be the designated PII (Personally Identifiable Information) Manager responsible for conducting spot checks of staff offices, shard drives and common spaces to ensure staff safeguards PII.
- →You will conduct legal-related research into cases, providing legal advice, administrative support in matters of military justice and assisting with pretrial and post-trial prisoners matters.
- →You will demonstrate clearly and effectively to present and promote varied ideas and issues to include sensitive or controversial topics before a wide range of audiences.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related.
