This position is located at Animal Boarding Facility, Fort Bragg, NC. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Army NAF paysetting rules apply to this vacancy.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the lead point of contact for the day-to-day front office operations of a veterinary clinic.
- →Opens and secures the clinic and pharmaceuticals daily.
- →Coordinates with clinic management to establish clinic schedule and appointment availability.
- →Loads schedules into AVImark Practice Management System.
- →Processes and verifies cash flow transactions and deposits and balances daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- →Prepares and distributes client/patient correspondence and corresponds with civilian and military veterinary clinics regarding confidential client/patient information.
- →Performs other related duties as assigned.
