This position is located at The West Point Club. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the operation.
- →Establishes, maintains or controls files and logs.
- →Applies knowledge of the organization, its functions and regulations to carry out a wide variety of administrative functions (e.g. personnel, accounting, budget, purchasing, logistics and supply, transportation, security, etc.).
- →Receives telephone calls and visitors, provides required information from own knowledge or office files or refers callers to appropriate person.
- →Follows up as required.
- →Types various correspondence and reports.
- →Tabulates statistical data into final format.
- →Gathers data and documentation for special projects and prepares briefing support materials.
