This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Community Programs (N922) Branch; Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Recreational Fleet and Family Readiness Support Services (N94); Commander, Navy Region Hawaii, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH), Honolulu, HI. The purpose of this position is to provide customer service to patrons as well as to perform a variety of duties in support of the MWR community recreation program; located at the Meeting Rooms.
What You'll Do
- →Monitors operations of facility or assigned area, normally during absence of the club manager and/or assistant manager, and during the workday, nights or on weekends.
- →Responsible for the issue, receipt, and control of contracts and payments.
- →Prepares reports of significant occurrences during the shift.
- →Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer issues.
- →Inspects and secures facility at the beginning and end of the shift.
- →Maintains and enforces security for funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment and property in accordance with directives and regulations, to include conducting walkthrough inspections with customers before and after functions.
- →Provides event/function set up and break down of equipment as needed.
- →Must be able to understand A/V equipment and troubleshooting.
- →This is a position of trust.
- →Performs other related duties as assigned.
