About the Position: Is located with the Defense Health Agency DHN INDO-PAC Army Health Clinic Schofield Barracks. Dir of Branch clinics Army Health clinic Family Med service.
What You'll Do
- →Performs administrative tasks in support of the Clinic day-to-day administrative operations.
- →Works independently to carry out assignments of a recurring, special or unique nature,using personal initiative, time management skills, or defined processes to complete assignments within prescribed time frames.
- →Plans and carries out these administrative or support tasks independently with a minimum of supervision.
- →Completed work is reviewed for technical soundness, appropriateness and conformity to policy and regulations.
- →Responds to employee inquiries concerning leave balances, overtime worked.
- →Courier duties: Special or emergency trips to receive, pick up and deliver mail, parcel packages, documents and administrative materials and supplies.
