About the Position: This position is located within the Army Madigan Center, Department of Pediatrics, in Tacoma, WA.
What You'll Do
- →Perform administrative tasks in support of the department day-to-day administrative operations.
- →Record, update, and generate program reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies before producing accurate final reports.
- →Assist in organizing and in providing set-up and logistical support for meetings, conferences, and seminars Manage administrative tasks, including physician credentialing and staff in- and out-processing.
- →Coordinate participation of department staff in mandatory annual training and department in services.
- →Implement and maintain accurate orientation packet and Competency Assessment Folder (CAFs) for personnel Prepare purchase requests and justification for special expendable items Assist with travel arrangements and function as department travel clerk for the Defense Travel System (DTS Receive pick up and deliver mail, parcel packages, documents and administrative materials, and supplies.
