Role Overview

The Off Trade Channel Manager will be responsible for managing all wholesalers (about 70% of total business), the entire retail channel, duty free, and hotel gift shops throughout Jamaica. The scope is island-wide and requires direct engagement with customers and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Off Trade Channel Plan for all brands in the portfolio (Campari, Magnum, White Room, Sky, etc.).
  • Manage BTL promotions and ensure the right POSM is in the right place.
  • Lead relationships with key accounts and monitor ROI, optimizing A&P investments.
  • Conduct trade visits and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand and commercial teams.
  • Directly manage external agencies (e.g., TMS for merchandisers) and suppliers for displays, gondolas, and POP/POSM printing.
  • Accountable for managing the contract process and procure-to-pay procedures for all off trade activities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in trade marketing, sales, or marketing (off trade channel experience preferred).
  • Experience in the spirits or beverage industry is a strong plus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential); Power BI or other business tools are a plus.
  • Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Location: Kingston, Jamaica (responsible for accounts island-wide).

Travel: Frequent, approximately 60% of the time, across Jamaica. Includes regular visits to supermarkets, wholesalers, duty free, and hotel gift shops.
