About the Role
About the Position: This position is located in the Department of Family Medicine at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Orders appropriate diagnostic tests.
- →Provides comprehensive health care for all ages and families.
- →Obtains detailed history and physical exam.
- →Provides health maintenance and preventive services to individual patients as recommended by accepted guidelines.
- →Assists with identification of patient education needs and reviews plan with team members for coordination of educational needs.
- →Initiates, implements and supervises treatments plans and education for chronic conditions.
