About the Position: This position is located at Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care through examinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans.
- →Educate and counsel patients on a wide range of health topics, including disease prevention and family planning.
- →Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve patient safety and elevate the standard of care.
- →Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care and facilitate referrals.
- →Analyze clinical outcomes and patient feedback to guide improvements in care delivery.
- →Act as a patient advocate to ensure timely and holistic care is provided.
