About the Role
About the Position: This position is for the Department of Nursing Operating Room at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC). You MUST submit a copy of your transcript with your application package or you may be rated ineligible. You MUST submit a copy of your current, active RN license/certification with your application package or you will be rated ineligible. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide perioperative nursing care in a multi-service operating room providing a full range of surgical nursing services supporting complex and extensive surgical procedures.
- →Operate and assists in the care and handling of a variety of supplies and highly specialized equipment.
- →Assist physician with examination, as well as treatment prior to, during, and following invasive procedures.
- →Coordinate with physicians and other staff, preoperatively, to develop a multi-disciplinary, intra-operative plan of care.
- →Teach staff, patient, and family regarding pre- and post-operative care and procedures.
