About the Role
About the Position: Provides consultation to regional outlying clinics in occupational health issues and serves as the Personnel Reliability Program Nurse supporting the clinic medical evaluations and specialized record reviews for nuclear surety. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Independently plans, coordinates, and implements aspects of a comprehensive occupational health program.
- →Performs specialized health examinations and administers emergency, and follow-up care for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries.
- →Screens for immunizations and conducts tuberculosis risk assessment; appropriately documents in the electronic health record.
- →Performs specialized medical screenings and oversees surveillance programs.
- →Regularly reviews medical documentation for military and civilians assigned to nuclear surety, attends meetings, prepares for, and participates in nuclear surety inspections and staff assistance visits to ensure overall compliance.
