About the Position: This position is located at Jacksonville Naval Hospital. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Screen occupational injuries, illnesses, pre-placement, periodic and termination exams along with fitness for duty exams.
- →Initiate appropriate laboratory, x-ray or other screening tests.
- →Provide individual and group worker education and training on specific hazards and substances.
- →Perform work site visits independently or in collaboration with other occupational health professionals.
- →Maintain statistical data for use in epidemiology studies and other areas of concern.
