About the Position: This position is located at the Naval Health Clinic in Lemoore, CA. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the consultant nurse for Women's Health Service Line regarding breastfeeding issues.
- →Establish and maintain a regular follow-up system of continuing care for mothers and their infants.
- →Identify and manage own caseload of mother/baby patient.
- →Develop documentation record to track progress and patient concerns.
- →Actively promote breastfeeding and assist mothers in reaching their own goals.
- →Support programs already in place.
