About the Role
About the Position: This position is located in the Inpatient Services Labor and Delivery Department at Army Medical Center Madigan, Tacoma, Washington. The incumbent will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic nursing care to patients, both adolescents and adults, across a continuum. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide comprehensive professional nursing care to OB/GYN patients and their newborns with medical conditions ranging from routine care to those having complex complications requiring sophisticated, highly technical care and treatment.
- →Administer IV fluids, amnioinfusion, blood products, and prescribed medications.
- →Serve as Charge Nurse on a rotational basis.
- →Coordinate case management needs with the case and outcomes management team.
- →Perform procedures, treatments, and medication administration.
