About the Position: This announcement is to fill one or more intermittent Nurse positions for Dexter Elementary School, Fort Benning, GA for the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA). Description of Working Environment: Work is performed in a classroom setting.
What You'll Do
- →Provides classroom instruction and individual student health education and counseling.
- →Provides emergency care of illness or injury occurring during school hours according to standard first aid guidelines.
- →Maintains health information and documents.
- →Collaborates with teachers and other school personnel to interpret pupil health status.
- →Participates in the establishment, management, and evaluation of a comprehensive school health program.
