About the Role
About the Position: This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. This position is located at the Naval Health Clinic Quantico Resource Management Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
What You'll Do
- →Provide professional nursing care.
- →Perform patient assessments identify risks and develop care plans.
- →Implement and adjust care plans.
- →Monitor patient condition.
- →Ensure patient safety by Identifying hazards and taking immediate corrective action.
- →Provide emergency response to life threatening conditions and initiate lifesaving measures.
- →Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, prevention, and wellness strategies.
- →Resolve patient concerns by Address complaints, providing support, and escalate issues when needed.
- →Maintain compliance and safety readiness by following policies, meet regulatory standards, and stay current on emergency/safety training.
