About the Position: This position is located William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →Manage the care of patients with complex and multifaceted medical and surgical needs, applying advanced clinical expertise and judgment.
- →Administer and monitor the use of therapeutic agents (medications) and pain-relieving drugs including narcotics and antibiotics, familiar with correct dosages and potential side effects.
- →Serve as a key contributor in team meetings, advocating for patient needs, and ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- →Monitor safety hazards in the work environment and take immediate action to resolve or correct them.
- →Recognize significant and life-threatening changes in patient condition.
