About the Role
About the Position: Serves as a Clinical Nurse in a Medical Treatment Facility or Regional Hospital providing comprehensive age-appropriate nursing care to medical surgical patients in the Medical-Surgical/Pediatric Unit. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform a variety of administrative/floor duties as an extension and in support of the head nurse.
- →Provide comprehensive age-appropriate nursing care to medical surgical patients.
- →Administer oxygen, IV fluid, blood transfusion and medications.
- →Set up, operate, and monitor medical equipment such as oxygen masks, Ambu bags, intravenous pumps, wall suction, etc.
- →Instruct patient and family members regarding disease process and provides emotional support as needed.
