About the Role
About the Position: This position is located William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Manages the care of patient with complex and multifaceted medical and surgical needs.
- →Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for high-risk patients.
- →Ensures documentation is thorough, accurate, and meets regulatory and organizational standards.
- →Provides leadership within the unit, mentoring junior nursing staff and serving as a resource for complex clinical situations.
- →Administers and monitors the use of therapeutic agents (medications) and pain-reliving drugs including narcotics and antibiotics, familiar with correct dosages and potential side effects.
