About the Role
About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Advanced in hire may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Provide independent clinical nursing care for all patients from neonates/pediatric through geriatric.
- →Develops, teaches, and provides patients and family in areas requiring support to facilitate special and innovative approaches.
- →Provides delegation, oversight, and direction of work to personnel of lower-level position.
- →Provides comprehensive age-appropriate nursing care to medical, post-surgical, patients based on physician's medical care plan.
- →Provides an advanced level of specialized nursing care to adult critically ill and injured patients.
- →Performs triage and provides nursing care to patients arriving in critical condition.
- →Performs comprehensive nursing support to all patients in the Perioperative Center.
- →Performs independent, comprehensive telephone and clinical triaging.
