About the Role
About the Position: This position is located in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Evans Army Community Hospital in Fort Carson, Colorado. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation This is an open continuous announcement. Multiple vacancies exist and may be filled from this announcement at any of the locations listed. What You'll Do
- →Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting for urgent or emergent care.
- →Respond to all emergencies during the shift.
- →Mentor professional and paraprofessional nursing staff.
- →Take medical histories to acquire medically necessary information to assess physical and mental status of patient.
- →Function as a charge nurse on a rotational basis.
- →Participate in continuing education programs to update and/or maintain skills and knowledge to meet annual requirements.
