About the Position: Serves as the Subject Matter Expert responsible for all facets of the MTF'sperformance improvement, risk management, credentialing and privileging, Joint Commission (TJC)accreditation programs. Plans, organizes, directs and implements performance improvement policies relatedto healthcare delivery for Department of Defense beneficiaries. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, directs, and manages the Performance Improvement Program, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to meet organizational needs.
- →Provides leadership and consultative services to organizational components in fulfilling facility regulatory, accreditation, organizational compliance, performance improvement, and risk management programmatic requirements.
- →Directs the performance improvement training and education for MTF staff and organizational leaders.
- →Develops, plans, organizes, directs and manages the MTF Risk Management Program.
- →Advises leadership in matters that involve adverse privileging actions, in accordance with due process.
- →Develops, plans, organizes, directs and manages accreditation and compliance programs for the MTF.
