About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Army Community Hospital Weed in Fort Irwin, California. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform triage, while considering both physical and psychosocial elements.
- →Quickly assess incoming patients and prioritize patient care based on need, available staffing, and patient acuity.
- →Teach, onboard, and mentor professional and paraprofessional nursing staff, assisting with complex nursing and diagnostic procedures.
- →Identify and recommend strategies to improve nursing unit organization, functions.
- →Conduct and participate in the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of facility, departmental, or unit-based programs.
