About the Position: This position is located within Tripler Army Medical Center in the Directorate of Medicine, Department of Emergency services in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide direct care for patients with various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention.
- →Identify and interpret serious situations and implement proper emergency measures.
- →Manage the delivery of nursing care for weekend, holidays, training holidays and day/evening or night shifts using knowledge of an extensive range of professional nursing theories, principles, and procedures.
- →Participate in continuing education programs to update and maintain skills and knowledge to meet annual requirements.
- →Provide guidance and leadership to other professional nurses and paraprofessional personnel.
- →Respond to all emergencies during the shift.
