About the Role
About the Position: This position establishes priorities for patient care and evaluates patient's progress toward high-level wellness. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Triage and screen walk-in patients to assess the severity of the patient's condition and the need for provider intervention.
- →Execute or ensure the completion of orders from health care providers.
- →Report abnormal test results, changes in symptoms, and the need for follow-up.
- →Assesses post-procedure patients prior to their release from the clinic.
- →Assists clinic with patient and staff education.
