About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Manages the daily functions of the Mental Health Caring Communication/Case Management program and acitivities.
- →Analyze clinical care approaches and current facility culture to provide recommendations for process improvement.
- →Evaluate barriers to mental health care and recommend strategies to facilitate patient care.
- →Interpret patient data to facilitate patient population health initiatives.
- →Present data analysis summaries and recommendations to management and medical treatment facility leadership.
- →Serve as a mental health case manager implementing treatment plans.
