Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance, procurement, and the coordination required for all GSA leased sedans, mini-vans, vans, trucks, and buses. Monitors vehicle rental, leasing, and maintenance costs. Coordinates linen distribution activities through the Medical Center and food delivery schedules to various local entities. Responsible for monitoring the proper operation of all equipment used for mechanical systems, road maintenance, turf care, Motor Vehicle systems, and other systems.
What You'll Do
- →Duties include, but may not be limited to the following: Monitors the proper operation of all equipment used for mechanical systems, road maintenance, turf care, Motor Vehicle systems, and other systems pertaining to areas of responsibility.
- →Maintains knowledge of all state, local, and national driving, licensing, and registration laws and regulations.
- →Maintains, procure, and coordinate all GSA leased sedans, mini-vans, vans, trucks, and buses.
- →Assigns work to subordinates through oral or written instructions, current job analysis and standard operating procedures.
- →Provides on-the-job training and participate in formal training programs for employees.
- →Instructs employees on repair techniques and safety precautions.
- →Establishes standard operational procedures and review job work orders for accuracy and manpower utilization associated with maintaining the grounds and coordinating motor vehicles for both patients and staff.
- →Instructs employees on repair techniques and safety precautions.
- →Ensures employees are adhering to proper safety standards and standard operational procedures.
- →Reconciles monthly vehicle credit card receipts with bank statement.
- →Assigns motor pool vehicles to staff including all documentation needed to record trip and upon return, review documentation and file for auditing purposes.
- →Corresponds with staff clearly and concisely related to vehicle usage and importance of documentation.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
