About the Position: This position is located at Fort Polk, Louisiana. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Class A Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
- →Drives trucks (26,000 lb. max gross vehicle weight) with up to six-wheel drive.
- →Transports articles and materials throughout the organization’s locations, public highways, and for long and short hauls.
- →Perform driver's maintenance in accordance with established rules and regulations, as required by the workload.
- →Place stock into appropriate storage locations in accordance with instructions and established methods.
